Areas are from the consultant architects’ schedule: net area is the floor space inside the apartment; built-up area adds the walls and the apartment’s share of common areas, and is the figure a sale is based on. All dimensions are approximate and subject to change.

About the projectPay as the building rises
You pay in nine stages tied to construction milestones, in Ethiopian Birr. Fifteen percent secures the apartment on signing; the rest follows the structure floor by floor, and the final five percent is due only when you receive your keys and title deed.

A reservation holds the unit in your name. Sign at the office, by courier, or through a Power of Attorney; 15% is due on signing and the balance follows the nine-stage plan above, in Ethiopian Birr.
